Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Trade Logic Lab mobile application (the "App") operated by Trade Logic Lab.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the App.

2. Disclaimer: No Financial Advice

Trade Logic Lab is strictly an educational and analytical tool. We are not registered financial advisors, brokers, or dealers. The App provides algorithmic market scanning and technical analysis indicators (such as Smart Money Concepts, Price Action, etc.). Any signals, alerts, or data provided by the App do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. All trading involves high risk, including the possible loss of principal capital. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

3. Pro Subscriptions and Billing

Certain premium features of the App are billed on a subscription basis ("Pro Access").

Billing: You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (e.g., monthly). Billing cycles are set by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Apple/Google customer support. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the App or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the App. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the proprietary algorithms and scanning logic used by Trade Logic Lab.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Trade Logic Lab, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any trading losses incurred based on App data; or (iii) any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
